Art’s Alive!, La Conner’s premier PNW art event, is marking its 38th anniversary on November 10, 11, 12, and 13!  The 2023 art exhibition and sale is a ‘Northwest Focus’ with poster artist, photographer, and author, Craig J. Barber, celebrating the beauty and the bounty of the Skagit Valley, which he captured for his latest upcoming book.  Other Invitational Artists include Dennis Allen (Skokomish), Joan Enslin, Deborah Henderson, Kristen Ingman, Liz Moncrief, Janie Olsen, Terri Shinn, Teresa Smith, Christine Troyer, and Peggy Woods.  In the Open Show upstairs, you will find the work of 65 other regional artists.

The doors of Maple Hall open at 1:00 pm on Friday, Nov. 10. Meet the artists at the Opening Reception beginning at 5:00 pm. You will enjoy beverages, appetizers, wonderful people, and beautiful art! The Invitational Show and Open Show continue at Maple Hall on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Hosted by the La Conner Arts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit doing “Good Deeds Through the Arts” with a mission of scholarship, art education, and public art.  Each artwork sold at Art’s Alive! contributes directly to the scholarship fund.

Preview the show online on Oct. 27 and find more details at Art’s Alive website.
