Coming through La Conner this month are canoes participating in "Paddle to Lummi" 2019, Sqweshenet Tse Schelangen "Honoring Our way of Life" July 24-28th.

Canoes to Land at Swinomish Starting July 23!

Beginning July 25th, the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community will host The Tribal Canoe Journey (TCJ). Swinomish will welcome over 100 family canoes, mostly from the Northwest, but also from as far away as Hawaii and New Zealand to the shores of its Reservation.
