La Conner Artist’ Gallery – A Cooperative Spirit
Formerly That’s Knot All and founded in 2012; La Conner Artists’ Gallery is a cooperative art gallery of featuring many local artists. You will find original artwork with excellent price points for the perfect gift or addition to your home.
The featured artist for August is Jill West. Jill does pyrography on gourds of all shapes and sizes. The designs are first burned on with a wood burner that has a variety of nibs. Then the gourds are colored with stains and dyes. Jill does a great range of subject matter as she has found that there is a collector for almost anything- whether it is hummingbirds, dragonflies, cows, Santas, flowers, or whatever can be imagined. Jill is also happy to do commissions if you have something special you would like on a gourd. Stop by the La Conner Artists’ Gallery to see her work!
