The La Conner Library Foundation has a second holiday event as well! A La Conner Holiday Celebration of local arts and crafts takes place Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the La Conner Civic Garden Club. This event from 10 am – 5 pm features a wide variety of crafters and their creative gift items. You can make a day of it in La Conner on December 1, starting with the Santa Breakfast at Maple Hall, 8:30 am, hosted by the Rotary Club of La Conner, and ending with the annual Tree Lighting in Gilkey Square at 5 pm.

Proceeds from the Festival of Tiny Trees and the La Conner Holiday Celebration will support the new La Conner Library campaign. They are halfway to the goal of $3.2 million for a new library to serve almost 5,000 residents within the library district, as well as visitors to La Conner. The foundation is on a mission to complete the funding by June 30, 2019. Every contribution helps!
